Get a classification score on your processing activities based on your documentation. For example, the classification will be high/critical if you transfer data to an unsecure third country without a data processing agreement and transfer basis in place.

Here you can create your own activities and plan them into your annual wheel.
Task management
During your annual wheel you get access to the task management board. Here, each responsible user will get an overview of which tasks they need to complete, when, mark status, upload documentation, etc.
Validation of processing activities (automatic delegation)
Access this specialised activity that allows you to control how often you want a processing activity to be validated. The activity ensures that tasks are created for both current and future processing activities and automatically notifies the person responsible for the processing activity that it needs to be validated.
Add task to Outlook calendar
Ability to add tasks from task management to your Outlook calendar so you remember to get them done when it's time.
Copy own activities
Copy own activities within the annual wheel and avoid recreating similar activities from scratch. The copy function replicates the title, description, and any subtasks.
Related activities and tasks
Activities can be related to each other in the annual wheel. Related activities appear in the annual wheel list as well as on the task itself. It is also possible to relate tasks to each other.
Add group companies to the activity
Choose whether the activity should apply to all group companies or adapt the activity to individual companies so that separate tasks are generated for each group company in the task management.
Assign responsible and assignee to tasks
A task can be assigned to a responsible and an assignee. When the task is assigned to an assignee, that person receives an email and a notification in Privacy.
Comment module on tasks
Comments can be added to tasks, and you can choose to activate notifications to be informed of new comments on the task. In addition, it is also possible to pin comments.
Historical comments on tasks
Historical track for comments that have been on previous tasks within the same activity.
Email notifications
Get an email when it's time to complete a task. This way, the right person is reminded at the right time and this can be an important piece of the puzzle. This can be an important part of living up to your annual cycle.
Annual wheel overview report (pdf)
Get a PDF report of your annual wheel that shows the status of the planned activities. This can be downloaded and shared with e.g. management or a third party.

Get a detailed report in Excel of the tasks that have been planned, status and who has completed them when. Can e.g. be used in connection with audit from a third party.
Sign-off feature
When you create an activity in the annual wheel, you now have the option to determine whether the tasks generated by the activity require approval before completion.
