Customer Care Consultant
In collaboration with Bech-Bruun, one of Denmark's leading law firms, we are developing digital legal tech services to a rapidly growing market. The company is called .legal and we are inviting a new Customer Care Consultant along on the journey.
Are you driven by happy and satisfied customers? Can you solve problems and provide sublime service? Are you good at creating strong relationships, and do you want to help build our Customer Care function? Then you might be our new Customer Care Consultant!
In the position of Customer Care Consultant, your primary task is to ensure that customers get maximum value from .legal's products. It requires that you are an expert user of .legal products and know how to put yourself in the customer's place so that you can help them in the best possible way.
YOUR WORK TASKS
Setup and onboarding of customers on .legal products
Completion of implementation processes with customers
Teaching, including hosting webinars and preparing training materials
Provide support to customers
Contribute with improvement suggestions to the product based on feedback from customers
Collaborate with sales in relation to identifying customers' needs and opportunities.
In your work, you will have a close collaboration with our Product Director, who will also act as your professional mentor and make sure you are able to handle your work tasks.
You are service-minded and have a passion for delivering great customer experiences, and it means something to you that the customer actually gets their problem solved.
You have a good business understanding, are quick to acquire new knowledge and have a natural interest in the digital opportunities.
You work in a structured way and take pride in following up on your tasks and complete them.
It is crucial that you are sharp at communicating and adept at learning from you.
As a person, you are outgoing, self-driven and proactive.
